Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety (EHS) programs through workplace inspections, information management, and follow-up of preventive and corrective actions.

• Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing comprehensive employee health, occupational health, and industrial safety programs.

• Monitor progress against Occupational Health & Safety goals and objectives and provide updated information to the Head of EHS.

• Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 requirements, including training, risk assessments, and related documentation.

• Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 requirements, including training, legal documentation, and environmental records.

• Manage Enablon parameters and ensure timely data entry, proper record keeping, traceability, and submission of validation information within deadlines.

• Support regular updates and maintenance of the incident management database.

• Monitor and follow up on corrective action plans arising from corporate and external audits, including ISO, CSR, Fire Department, Health, and Ministry of Labor requirements.

• Support the investigation, documentation, and monitoring of workplace incidents and accidents.

• Coordinate Health & Safety programs, monitoring activities, findings, corrective actions, and timely reporting with relevant departments and responsible personnel.

• Assist in preparing or reviewing specifications for the procurement of safety equipment.

• Prepare, monitor, and follow up on the annual EHS budget across regional sites.

• Ensure Environmental, Health, and Safety policies, procedures, and rules are regularly reviewed and kept up to date.
