Customer Support & Order Processing Executive

Age Requirement: 22 to 28 years.

We are seeking a detail-focused and self-driven Customer Support & Order Processing Executive to join our fast-growing e-commerce company, TREKMAD. This position is key to maintaining a seamless order workflow—from receiving customer purchases to coordinating fulfillment and delivery—ensuring every order is completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

Note: The role involves close collaboration with the warehouse, courier services, and customer service teams, along with occasional after-hours oversight during peak order periods.

Primary Responsibilities

• Accurately process online orders across all e-commerce platforms.

• Prepare invoices, packing slips, and related order documentation.

• Track shipments, manage returns, and quickly address any delivery problems.

• Verify order details, payment status (COD or prepaid), and inventory availability.

• Communicate with customers regarding order confirmations, shipping updates, and any stock issues.

• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.

• Manage exceptions such as returns, failed COD transactions, or shipping delays.

• Coordinate with the warehouse/fulfillment team to guarantee timely picking, packing, and dispatch.

• Record and document daily returns accurately in the inventory system.

• Oversee last-mile delivery partners to ensure punctual deliveries.

• Ensure returns and exchanges are processed smoothly in line with company policies.

• Meet fulfillment KPIs, including order accuracy and on-time delivery.
