Customer Support Manager (foreign desk)

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and professional communication with internal teams.

Communicate client feedback, concerns, and updates to relevant departments such as Payroll and Finance.

Monitor and implement client-specific requirements throughout the service process.

Keep clients informed about file progress, status updates, and key workflow stages.

Identify urgent concerns or dissatisfaction and escalate them to management when necessary.

Strengthen client relationships and satisfaction through timely solutions and consistent follow-up.

Maintain a thorough understanding of company services, workflows, and Rules of Service to provide effective client support.
