Responsibilities & Context

Provide customer support and technical guidance on computer hardware, IT products, and related technologies.

Maintain strong knowledge of computer components, networking equipment, peripherals, and product specifications.

Assist customers and dealers with product-related inquiries, technical questions, and compatibility concerns.

Collaborate with sales and technical teams to deliver effective solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries and follow up on unresolved issues.

Address customer complaints and escalate complex technical problems to the relevant team when necessary.
