Customer Service Executive

Minimum 6 months of experience in call center, customer service, or sales is preferred.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Clear Bangla pronunciation with strong listening and verbal communication skills.

Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and customer-handling abilities.

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and internet browsing.

Fast and accurate typing and data entry skills.

Ability to handle pressure, rejection, and challenging situations professionally.

Willingness to work in roster-based shifts.

Respond to customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.

Maintain call records, follow up on customer concerns, and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.

Handle challenging customer situations with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
