Customer Service Executive (HR-Contractual)

This is an entry-level position; candidates with up to 1 year of experience in banking or a relevant field may receive preference.

Deliver friendly, responsive, and professional customer service.

Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information about banking services.

Coordinate with branches and relevant divisions to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.

Identify customer needs proactively and provide appropriate solutions with care and diligence.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the bank's system.

Assist customers with account opening, account maintenance, and other banking requests.

Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate unresolved matters to the appropriate departments.

Explain banking products and services, including deposits, loans, cards, and digital banking facilities.

Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Protect the confidentiality of customer information and banking records.

Prepare daily and periodic customer service reports as required by management.

Perform duties in any division as assigned, based on specific job requirements and responsibilities.
