BYSL Global Technology Group is seeking confident, dynamic young professionals to join their team as Customer Service Associates. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service by managing inbound and outbound calls as well as handling social media inquiries. Candidates should possess strong communication skills alongside full bilingual proficiency in both English and Bangla.
Responsibilities

Answer inquiries, complaints, and requests from customers across calls and social media in both English and Bengali.

Manage online sales processes and follow up on orders until final delivery.

Provide accurate and complete information using the right tools while handling customer grievances and providing effective solutions to build loyalty.

Escalate unresolved or complicated issues to designated personnel using internal systems and report to management as needed.

Ensure professional customer satisfaction, create an enjoyable experience, and handle any additional tasks assigned by management.
