Customer Relationship Officer

Duty Hours: 08:30 AM – 03:30 PM or 03:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Rotational/Shifting Duty)

We are looking for a courteous, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist / Front Desk Executive to ensure smooth front desk operations while providing excellent service to patients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently.
• Welcome, greet, and assist patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Receive consultation fees and other service charges, ensuring accurate cash handling and receipt issuance.
• Coordinate with the Doctor's Assistant by forwarding patient files and maintaining smooth patient flow.
• Respond to patient inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services, appointments, and procedures.
• Maintain patient registration records and ensure proper documentation of all front desk activities.
• Handle incoming phone calls, appointment requests, and general administrative support.
• Ensure effective shift handover by communicating pending tasks and important updates to the next duty colleague.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area at all times.
• Perform any other front desk or administrative responsibilities assigned by the management.
