Role Overview & Context:
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to serve as the key link between our clients and the company. This role focuses on two main areas: supporting clients with their daily needs and performing essential accounting duties to help keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relations:
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
Support new client onboarding and keep client records current.
Identify and recommend additional products or services that could benefit clients.
Basic Accounting:
Prepare and send invoices, ensuring payments are received on time.
Follow up courteously on overdue accounts.
Assist with monthly financial reporting and maintain accurate financial records.
Carry out other routine accounting tasks as needed.
