Customer Care Officer (Call Center)

Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.

Respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

Deliver excellent customer service by demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and perform follow-up communications when required.

Work full-time while providing support and assistance to patients and customers.

Ensure the highest standard of service is delivered to patients and their attendants.

Utilize prior call center experience effectively, with preference given to candidates who have worked in a hospital environment.

Manage inbound and outbound patient calls, including scheduling appointments and reminding patients about follow-up visits.

Conduct telephone surveys and respond to patients' questions and concerns in a clear and helpful manner.

Perform any additional duties assigned by the supervisor or top management.
