Responsibilities & Context

Make outbound calls to customers, gather required information, and accurately record it in the company database.

Explain products, services, offers, and promotional campaigns while highlighting key product features and USPs.

Support customers with inquiries related to product pricing and quality.

Perform database updates and information entry as required.

Receive customer complaints and feedback, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution of issues.

Achieve daily call targets and prepare regular performance reports.

Promote and sell products to existing and potential customers using effective sales techniques.

Work from company branches and assist customers with product trials or demonstrations when necessary.

Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by management as required.
