Credit Recovery Officer

Age requirement: 20 to 30 years.

The Credit Recovery Officer will be responsible for tracking outstanding payments, communicating with clients for collections, and keeping accurate records of receivables. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage financial matters with professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely recovery.

• Contact clients through phone, email, or in-person visits to collect pending payments.

• Negotiate and arrange appropriate payment plans when necessary.

• Maintain clear communication with clients regarding required documents and credit updates.

• Accurately record all collection activities and payment details.

• Prepare and present regular credit recovery reports to management.

• Collaborate with sales and accounts teams to resolve billing or payment discrepancies.

• Work proactively to achieve assigned recovery targets and report progress to management.

• Ensure proper documentation of all collection activities, plans, and correspondence.

• Generate performance reports and provide recommendations for process improvement.

• Stay informed about industry standards, regulations, and best practices in credit management and recovery.
