The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire business operations of Jakson International Ltd. in Bangladesh.

To lead Jakson International Ltd. in Bangladesh by defining strategic direction, ensuring strong operational and financial governance, and driving overall organizational performance to its highest potential.
Role Overview:
The Country Head – Bangladesh serves as the highest authority for managing and guiding all functions of the company within the country. This role requires a highly strategic leader capable of driving business growth, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, financial discipline, and strong organizational leadership. The incumbent is expected to translate corporate objectives into effective local execution while ensuring business continuity and long-term sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership & Market Expansion
- Develop and implement nationwide strategic plans aligned with the company’s long-term vision.
- Lead market growth initiatives by leveraging market intelligence, risk assessment, and opportunity analysis.
- Drive key decisions impacting market expansion, revenue growth, and profitability.
2. Commercial, Sales & Service Management
- Provide overall leadership to sales, service, and after-sales operations to achieve revenue and service quality targets.
- Strengthen relationships with customers and partners through effective engagement and negotiation.
- Establish performance monitoring systems to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency.
3. Financial Management & Corporate Governance
- Hold full responsibility for profit and loss (P&L), including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Ensure financial transparency, audit readiness, and strong internal controls.
- Promote data-driven decision-making to enhance profitability and operational performance.
4. Compliance & Ethical Governance
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, legal regulations, corporate governance standards, and organizational values.
- Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and ethical leadership across the organization.
5. Leadership & Talent Development
- Lead and develop cross-functional teams including Sales, Service, HR & Admin, and Finance.
- Oversee workforce planning, succession development, talent acquisition, and capability building.
- Implement performance management systems, compensation structures, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Promote a high-performance culture focused on discipline, accountability, and collaboration.
6. Operational Excellence & Transformation
- Oversee end-to-end business operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with organizational standards.
- Implement SOPs, KPI frameworks, and performance benchmarking systems across departments.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives through automation, data analytics, and advanced reporting systems.
