* Preference will be given to candidates from **North South University, BRAC University, Independent University, Bangladesh, East West University, and Bangladesh University of Professionals**.

* Candidates with experience in **consulting firms, immigration services, or education consultancy** will be preferred.

* **Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply.**

Responsibilities & Context

Promote and sell IELTS courses by understanding prospective students’ goals and recommending suitable course options.
Guide students through the IELTS registration process, ensuring all information is accurate and completed on time.
Respond promptly to inquiries through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions to convert leads into enrollments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and walk-in clients to establish trust and encourage referrals.
Clearly communicate course features, benefits, schedules, and timelines to help students make informed decisions.
Regularly follow up with prospective students and leads to improve conversion rates and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Coordinate with academic and marketing teams to ensure consistent communication and effective student support.
Maintain accurate student records, inquiries, and registration details using the company’s CRM system.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team and organizational objectives.
Keep up to date with the latest IELTS examination guidelines, registration procedures, and course offerings to provide students with accurate information.
