Compliance Officer (Canada/New Zealand/Australia)

Stay updated on immigration requirements, visa regulations, university policies, documentation standards, and compliance procedures for Australia, Canada, and New Zealand.

Review and assess students’ financial, academic, employment, study, travel, and supporting documents for visa applications.

Ensure applicants meet sponsor and financial documentation requirements for the respective countries.

Guide students and parents on visa documentation and application requirements.

Prepare and review SOPs/Study Plans, ensuring accuracy, consistency, relevance, and alignment with the student’s academic and career background.

Identify documentation gaps, inconsistencies, and potential compliance risks and resolve them before submission.

Coordinate with Admissions and Counselling teams to ensure students receive accurate and consistent visa-related information.

Monitor changes in visa policies, financial requirements, documentation standards, and institutional procedures.

Maintain organized records of visa documents, compliance checks, SOPs, financial records, and student information.

Ensure applications are prepared with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, documentation quality, and ethical practices.
