CNC Molding Machine Designer

Strong expertise in CNC molding machines and related molding processes.

Practical experience in designing molds, dies, tooling, jigs, and fixtures.

Proficient in AutoCAD and 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar tools.

Ability to create, read, and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

Knowledge of CNC programming, machine setup, and parameter configuration.

Good understanding of temperature, pressure, cycle time, material behavior, and molding process controls.

Familiarity with dimensional inspection techniques and product quality standards.

Basic understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

Design and develop CNC molding programs, molds, tooling, jigs, and fixtures for lingerie and intimate apparel products.

Develop technical designs for molded bra cups, foam cups, padding, and other components based on product specifications.

Create and revise 2D/3D CAD drawings according to customer requirements, approved samples, and technical specifications.

Translate product requirements into appropriate CNC programs and molding solutions.

Set and optimize CNC molding parameters, including temperature, pressure, time, speed, position, and cycle settings.

Conduct mold and tooling trials and modify designs as required to achieve accurate shape, size, thickness, symmetry, and appearance.

Identify and resolve production and quality issues related to molds, tooling, CNC programming, and molding processes.

Collaborate with Technical, Production, Quality, IE, and Maintenance teams throughout style development, sample approval, and bulk production.

Improve existing mold designs to minimize defects, material waste, machine downtime, and production cycle time.

Ensure mold dimensions and specifications remain accurate and consistent with approved requirements.

Support new product development, sample preparation, first-piece approval, and production launch.

Maintain accurate records of CNC programs, mold designs, drawings, specifications, revisions, and trial results.

Ensure proper version control and secure storage of CNC programs and technical design files.
