Clinic Manager

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hospital operations management, including OPD, IPD, budgeting, emergency services, diagnostics, and related functions.

Strong combination of leadership, operational, financial, quality of care (QoC), hospital pharmacy, and people management skills, along with an open-minded and positive approach.

Must possess a valid driving license and be capable of riding a motorcycle.

Proficiency in using smartphones for work-related activities and communication.

Achieve clinic targets and ensure efficient overall operational performance.

Maintain high standards of client care by adhering to established service standards, protocols, and organizational policies.

Address client queries and complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing support to the team in handling complex cases.

Ensure prompt and effective management of medical emergencies and follow up on cases until appropriate resolution.

Implement quality standards, identify service gaps, and take necessary corrective measures to ensure compliance.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) through monthly performance reviews and implement improvement initiatives to address areas of underperformance.
