Responsibilities & Context
- Conduct outbound calls to international prospects and clients in a professional and confident manner.
- Present company products and services effectively using approved sales scripts and communication guidelines.
- Identify customer needs, understand business requirements, and recommend suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, KPIs, and performance objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions.
- Handle objections professionally and convert leads into successful sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies and overall team performance.
- Provide regular feedback, market insights, and customer information to support business growth.
- Perform any other sales-related duties assigned by management.
