Civil Engineer ( BSc )

✔ Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

✔ 5–10 years of experience in a Real Estate Developer Company will be preferred.

✔ Experience in Real Estate and Real Estate Startup organizations is highly desirable.

✔ Strong knowledge of Building Construction, construction methodologies, and site supervision.

✔ Proven experience in Construction Supervision, project execution, and quality control.

✔ Excellent Project Management, planning, and coordination skills.

✔ Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.

✔ Effective time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

✔ Ability to manage multiple construction projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

✔ Good communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills.

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction-related documentation.

✔ Ability to work under pressure and make sound technical decisions on-site.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Civil Engineer to oversee construction activities, ensure project quality, and deliver projects on time while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.

✔ Collaborate with Project Managers to prepare project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

✔ Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion within approved budgets and quality standards.

✔ Identify project risks, evaluate potential impacts, and implement effective mitigation strategies.

✔ Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

✔ Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications.

✔ Implement quality control procedures and ensure construction activities meet company and industry standards.

✔ Inspect construction materials, workmanship, and completed work to ensure quality and durability.

✔ Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, drawings, BOQs, change orders, site instructions, and progress reports.

✔ Prepare and submit regular project status reports to senior management.

✔ Act as the primary liaison between the company, clients, architects, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

✔ Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and enforce safety regulations at project sites.

✔ Perform any other engineering or project management responsibilities assigned by the Management.
