Age: Maximum 45 years.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Case Management, Psychosocial Counseling, Information Management, or Training Management in a development organization.
The Case Management Officer (CMO) will play a key role in enhancing the quality of project implementation and ensuring the satisfaction of both project participants and stakeholders. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire trainee lifecycle—from enrollment to employment—working in coordination with other PIU staff.
Candidates with more than one 3rd Division/Class in their academic record will not be considered.
Training in Case Management, Counseling, and Entrepreneurship Development will be considered an added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), as well as experience with software operation and report preparation, is essential.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla (written and verbal) are required.
Ability to understand and speak the local language of the project area will be considered an advantage.
Proficiency in online data management tools is highly preferable.
Patakuri Society is launching a project titled Recovery and Advancement of Informal Sector Employment (RAISE), jointly financed by the Government of Bangladesh and Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation (PKSF). The goal of the project is to enhance earning opportunities for low-income urban youth and those affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The RAISE project is being implemented nationwide through selected Partner Organizations of PKSF. As one of these Partner Organizations, Patakuri Society will execute the project within its designated operational area.
To support effective project implementation, Patakuri Society is seeking competent project management professionals. The details of the available position are outlined below:
Assignment Duration: 5 Years (Until 30 June 2026), subject to annual renewal based on performance and availability of project funding.
Conduct individual assessments using psychometric profiling tools to identify suitable candidates for Business Management Training (BMT) and the Apprenticeship Program (AP).
Provide both individual and group counseling; assist program participants with career planning by assessing their needs, preferences, and capabilities.
Offer continued support through mentoring, coaching, and supervision to help participants succeed in their roles.
Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and courtyard meetings; coordinate with relevant stakeholders to refer or transfer cases requiring specialized services beyond the scope of RAISE.
Enter and update participant data in the Case Management System (CMS); conduct data analysis as required by the Project Management Unit (PMU).
Assist in organizing seminars, training programs, workshops, and community mobilization initiatives.
Contribute to the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly progress reports in a timely manner.
Carry out any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
Sreemangal, with extensive field visits required.
Other Benefits
Consolidated salary of Tk. 47,700/- (Taka Forty-seven Thousand Seven Hundred only) per month, along with other admissible benefits as per project and organizational rules.
This amount is inclusive of all applicable taxes in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
