✔ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-convincing skills

✔ Basic knowledge of computer operations, internet usage, email, and Microsoft Office applications

✔ Target-oriented, proactive, self-motivated, and positive attitude toward achieving sales goals

✔ Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, telesales, call center, customer service, or business development will be an advantage

✔ Ability to communicate confidently with customers over the phone and digital communication channels

✔ Strong follow-up, negotiation, and customer-handling skills

✔ Ability to work independently and maintain consistent performance in a target-driven environment

✔ Candidates must have access to a personal PC or laptop for work-related activities 

✔ Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

✔ Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers and generate new sales opportunities

✔ Follow up regularly with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and convert leads into sales

✔ Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

✔ Maintain accurate customer information, lead details, call records, follow-up status, and sales records

✔ Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant information about products, services, pricing, and offers

✔ Build positive customer relationships through effective communication, follow-up, and sales support

✔ Update customer and sales information in the CRM or relevant company system

✔ Prepare basic sales activity reports and provide regular updates to the reporting manager
