 **🔹 Requirements**
* Minimum **6 months experience** in an International Call Center
* **Fluent English speaking skills** (MUST)
** Fresher also encourage to apply if you have English fluency 
* Basic computer operation knowledge
* Punctual & disciplined
* No specific background required — if you can speak English, you can apply
* Education: **HSC / A-Level, O-Level / Bachelor’s degree**

Responsibilities & Context

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers daily

  • Follow provided call scripts and company guidelines

  • Identify interested prospects and qualify leads

  • Book free estimates / appointments for clients

  • Maintain accurate call notes and CRM updates

  • Achieve daily call and appointment targets

  • Communicate politely and professionally with clients

  • Handle objections confidently and respectfully

  • Work closely with team leaders and supervisors

  • Maintain punctuality, honesty, and work disciplin

**🔹 Compensation & Benefits**
* **Flexible hours:** 8 PM – 4 AM
* ** 2 days off per week
* **Hourly Salary:** 70 tk to 130 tk (based on experience)
* **Attendance Bonus:** ₨2,000/month
* **Performance Bonus:**1500 to 5,000 tk 
* **Salary Increment:** Every 6 months based on performance
* **Festival Bonus:** Twice a year 
* **Yearly Retention Bonus:** Half of your average monthly salary per year* Payable when leaving with **1-month notice**
