Position Overview
PFEC Global is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Call Center Intern to contact prospective students, learn about their overseas study plans, and encourage them to visit the office for in-person counselling. The role focuses on turning phone inquiries into office visits. Based on performance, interns may have the opportunity to extend their internship or transition into a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities

Contact prospective students through outbound calls and introduce PFEC Global’s overseas education services.

Assess students’ study interests, eligibility, and counselling needs.

Invite interested students to visit the office for face-to-face consultation.

Follow up with potential students to increase office visits.

Record call details and follow-up activities accurately in Excel or Google Sheets.

Meet assigned call volume and student walk-in conversion targets.
