Call Center / Customer Support Executive

We are seeking a customer-oriented and detail-focused Call Center Executive who can efficiently manage inbound and outbound calls while maintaining accurate records in company databases. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced work environment.

• Manage incoming and outgoing customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide prompt assistance by addressing customer questions, complaints, and service requests.
• Enter, update, and cross-check customer and operational information accurately in company databases.
• Prepare and maintain call records, logs, and relevant reports.
• Adhere to company procedures, approved scripts, and data protection policies.
• Work closely with supervisors and colleagues to identify and resolve customer-related issues.
• Deliver quality service while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Achieve assigned daily and weekly call-handling and data-entry goals.
• Protect and maintain the confidentiality of customer and company information.
