Business Planning & Development Executive

 

• Collect, consolidate, and analyze performance data of branches, Territory Business Managers (TBMs), Regional Business Managers (RBMs), and Relationship Managers (RMs).

• Compare actual performance against targets, conduct variance analysis, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.

• Assist in preparing the department’s annual budget and establishing KPIs aligned with overall business objectives.

• Lead periodic campaigns and training initiatives to support continuous employee development.

• Identify and assess SME financing opportunities and support the development of financial products tailored to SME needs.

• Identify and develop new products and customized services for targeted customer segments.

• Review existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Support the development and improvement of the credit application process for smoother operations and a better customer experience.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to re-engineer and automate loan processes, improving customer satisfaction and strengthening competitive advantage.

• Develop training modules and organize workshops to enhance the skills and capabilities of Relationship Managers.
