Handle inquiries via phone, email, social media, and in-person visits, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
Represent the company at seminars, workshops, and promotional events, and assist in organizing such activities.
Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent pipeline to achieve high conversion rates.
Monitor competitor offerings, pricing, and outreach strategies to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare regular reports on business growth, client engagement, and market insights to inform decision-making.
