Business Development Intern

XeonBD is looking for motivated, enthusiastic, and career-oriented Business Development Trainees to support our business growth initiatives in both local and international markets.

This is an excellent opportunity for students and fresh graduates to gain practical experience in business development, sales, client communication, market research, and the cloud & hosting industry while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential business opportunities in local and international markets.
• Assist in generating leads and building a strong sales pipeline through online research, networking, and outbound outreach.
• Support the Business Development team in building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients, business partners, and reseller networks.
• Prepare professional presentations, business proposals, quotations, and other sales-related documents.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to identify market trends and business opportunities.
• Assist in achieving lead generation and business development targets through effective follow-up and communication.
• Support branding, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness.
• Coordinate with the Design and Marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across social media and marketing materials.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
• Participate in client meetings, product demonstrations, webinars, and business events whenever required.
• Stay updated on cloud computing, web hosting, domain services, and industry trends to effectively support business development activities.
• Perform any other business development, marketing, or sales-related tasks assigned by management.
