Responsibilities & Context
১. নতুন ক্লায়েন্ট সংগ্রহ
- বিভিন্ন কোম্পানি ও প্রতিষ্ঠানের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করে সম্ভাব্য ক্লায়েন্ট শনাক্ত করা।
- সম্ভাব্য গ্রাহকদের তালিকা তৈরি ও নিয়মিত আপডেট করা।
- নতুন ব্যবসায়িক সুযোগ ও সম্ভাবনা খুঁজে বের করা।
২. Sales & Marketing কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা
- কোম্পানির সেবা সম্পর্কে সম্ভাব্য গ্রাহকদের বিস্তারিতভাবে জানানো।
- ক্লায়েন্টদের কাছে প্রেজেন্টেশন দেওয়া এবং প্রয়োজনীয় মিটিং পরিচালনা করা।
- নির্ধারিত Sales Target অর্জনের জন্য কার্যকর পরিকল্পনা ও কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করা।
৩. Client Visit & Follow-up
- প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী ক্লায়েন্টদের অফিসে সরাসরি ভিজিট করা।
- ক্লায়েন্টের প্রয়োজন ও চাহিদা বুঝে উপযুক্ত সমাধান প্রদান করা।
- সম্ভাব্য ও বিদ্যমান ক্লায়েন্টদের সঙ্গে নিয়মিত follow-up বজায় রাখা।
৪. Client Relationship Management
- বিদ্যমান ক্লায়েন্টদের সঙ্গে দীর্ঘমেয়াদি ও পেশাদার সম্পর্ক বজায় রাখা।
- ক্লায়েন্টদের অভিযোগ ও সমস্যাগুলো সমাধানে প্রয়োজনীয় সহায়তা প্রদান করা।
- নতুন ও বিদ্যমান ক্লায়েন্টদের সঙ্গে শক্তিশালী ব্যবসায়িক সম্পর্ক গড়ে তোলা।
৫. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- দৈনিক ও সাপ্তাহিক কার্যক্রমের রিপোর্ট প্রস্তুত করা।
- Sales progress, client updates এবং অন্যান্য গুরুত্বপূর্ণ তথ্য নিয়মিত ম্যানেজমেন্টকে জানানো।
