Business Development Executive

✔ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
✔ 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or a similar role.
✔ Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
✔ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
✔ Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Identify and generate new business opportunities.

✔ Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate business deals.
✔ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
✔ Follow up with leads and maintain an updated customer database.
✔ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
✔ Prepare regular sales and business development reports.
