We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive/Manager to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in the education consultancy industry, with 2–3 years of practical experience in student recruitment, partner development, and market growth, particularly across destinations such as the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:

Formulate and implement effective business strategies to boost student enrollment and expand market presence

Establish and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, academic institutions, and strategic partners

Enhance partnerships with universities, agents, and key stakeholders, with a focus on the UK and European markets

Conduct student consultations, evaluate profiles, and guide applicants through the admissions process

Stay updated on global education trends, admission requirements, and visa policies

Collaborate closely with counselling and marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns, events, and promotional initiatives

Manage the end-to-end admissions process, ensuring accuracy in documentation and application submissions

Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets and prepare performance reports for management

Represent the organization at education fairs, seminars, workshops, and other promotional activities as required
