✔ Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

✔ Night Shift: Ability and willingness to work the night shift (7:00 PM–4:00 AM).

Key Responsibilities

✔ Work Order Management: Process and manage assigned work orders accurately and efficiently.

✔ Client Portal Management: Handle and process work orders through various client portals according to established procedures.

✔ Data & Document Review: Review and analyze work order-related data, estimates, photos, and required documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

✔ Client Requirement Compliance: Ensure all work orders meet the specified client requirements, guidelines, and specifications.

✔ Coordination: Coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth work order processing and resolution.

✔ Status & Deadline Monitoring: Monitor the status of work orders and ensure all assigned tasks are completed within required deadlines and SLAs.

✔ Quality & Accuracy: Maintain high levels of accuracy, quality, and consistency throughout all work order processing activities.

✔ Compliance Verification: Review work orders, bids, estimates, photos, and supporting documents to verify compliance with client requirements and applicable guidelines.
