The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to define key metrics and translate them into actionable insights through robust and insightful data visualizations. You will be part of a skilled engineering team, working with a modern, cloud-native technology stack to enhance BI capabilities and support data-driven decision-making.
Develop, maintain, and optimize reports, dashboards, and data models to support business decisions
Analyse commercial real estate data, including tenants, leases, rent payments, and related metrics
Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and business indicators for visualization and reporting
Translate business requirements into analytical and technical specifications
Document analytical workflows and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality
Support the automation and streamlining of reporting processes
