Responsibilities & Context
Role Overview
Responsible for acquiring and expanding life insurance business under the supervision of the Area Manager or Head of Business. The Bancassurance Officer will collaborate with officials of the assigned bank branch to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
Job Responsibilities

Convert leads generated by bank officials into life insurance sales.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets based on First Year Premium (FYP).

Ensure timely collection of renewal premiums from assigned banks or NBFIs.

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with bank officials and customers.

Provide prompt assistance and quality service to bank officials and customers.
