Experience
Receive orders from the Merchandising Department and collect all required references and technical information.
Check reference samples carefully and prepare yarn selection, machine setup, dia, gauge selection, and knitting parameters according to sample requirements.
Create production programs using LOGIC Software.
Ensure order-wise yarn selection and booking according to fabric construction and maintain all SOPs related to yarn selection.
Prepare production plans for grey fabrics and develop Grey Fabric T&A (Time & Action Plan).
Monitor and follow up order-wise production activities to ensure timely delivery of grey fabrics to the dyeing department.
Maintain accurate and updated order-wise grey fabric status and regularly communicate information to relevant departments.
Maintain proper documentation and records to ensure finished fabric quality standards.
Coordinate effectively with Merchandising, Planning, Dyeing, Finishing, Cutting, and Garments departments for smooth production flow.
Ensure grey fabric batch start and batch closing dates are maintained according to the approved T&A plan.
Ensure finished fabric quality meets order sheet specifications and buyer requirements.
