  • Strong knowledge of computer applications is required

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience for Assistant Manager level
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience for Deputy Manager level in the relevant field

Job Context

This is a full-time, permanent position and requires candidates to meet the following job expectations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor and assess current customer satisfaction levels using various measurable tools and work to improve overall customer experience
  • Provide proper protocol and support to customers in all aspects
  • Listen to customer concerns and maintain daily records of issues and feedback
  • Perform assigned tasks as directed by the Departmental Head
  • Develop an efficient and effective Customer Care System
  • Implement, manage, and monitor customer service systems
  • Ensure maximum customer satisfaction through effective team coordination
  • Supervise and guide both pre-sales and post-sales customer care teams
  • Maintain strong relationships with valued customers and landowners
  • Ensure a one-stop customer service experience through effective team management
