Asst. Manager - Sales & Marketing

Manage revenue collection from clients and issue receipts for all payments received.

Maintain complete and organized client records, including applications, agreements, receipts, and official correspondence.

Prepare daily and monthly collection reports, outstanding statements, and pending agreement lists.

Monitor collection targets and implement strategies to minimize overdue payments.

Follow up on loan processing and collection activities through relevant financial institutions on behalf of clients.

Prepare final client statements, advance-payment rebate calculations, and delayed-payment interest calculations.

Ensure timely collection of installment payments and follow up on overdue accounts.

Communicate regularly with clients regarding payments, invoices, and outstanding dues through phone calls and written notices.

Issue reminder, warning, cancellation, and refund-related letters when required.

Provide payment clearance certificates and coordinate with the Accounts Department for client clearance.

Handle challenging client situations professionally and maintain strong client relationships throughout the registration process.

Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
