Project Planning & Execution

• Oversee end-to-end project operations, from land development through final project handover.

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, schedules, timelines, and operational strategies.

• Track construction progress and ensure project milestones are achieved within the planned timeframe.

• Coordinate effectively with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.

• Ensure efficient allocation and utilization of manpower, equipment, machinery, and materials.

• Identify potential operational risks and implement timely corrective measures.

Construction & Site Supervision

• Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, designs, specifications, and quality standards.

• Conduct regular site inspections and project review meetings to monitor progress.

• Ensure adherence to workplace safety practices, construction standards, and relevant regulations.

• Monitor contractor performance and verify the quality and progress of completed work.

• Oversee material usage, inventory, and wastage control to improve operational efficiency.

Financial & Budget Management

• Develop project budgets, cost estimates, financial plans, and cash flow projections.
