Asst. Executive- Operations (Night Shift)

Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.

Good working knowledge of ERP systems.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple communication platforms simultaneously.

Education: Graduation/Post-graduation in Accounting or a relevant discipline from a reputed public or private university.

Candidates with a CGPA of 3.50 or above will be preferred.

Order Management: Accurately enter, update, and manage customer orders through the ERP system.

Customer Communication: Maintain effective communication with customers and the internal Customer Service team through various digital channels.

Issue Resolution: Respond to customer queries and resolve service-related issues promptly and professionally.

Account Management: Maintain updated knowledge of products, services, and customer accounts to provide effective support.
