- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer service practices.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to adapt to different customer personalities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities & Context
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound international customer calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Follow established communication guidelines and scripts while addressing customer inquiries.
- Identify customer needs, provide accurate information, investigate issues, and offer effective solutions.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through excellent service and proactive support.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving concerns efficiently and professionally.
