Bio-Xin Cosmeceuticals is seeking highly motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Full-Time / Part-Time Sales Promoters. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-growing cosmeceuticals industry. The selected candidates will be responsible for driving sales performance, achieving assigned targets, and building strong customer relationships while working closely with an experienced professional team.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Target Achievement:
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets by effectively promoting and selling Bio-Xin Cosmeceuticals products to prospective customers.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities; share insights with the marketing team to support product development and improvement.
Product Promotion:
Actively promote Bio-Xin Cosmeceuticals products through various channels, including social media platforms, product demonstrations, presentations, and direct customer interactions.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives aimed at driving business growth.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market research findings, and submit regular reports to management.
