• Minimum 1–2 years of QA experience in pharmaceutical, herbal, or homoeopathic medicine manufacturing.

• Experience in in-process quality inspections, documentation, reporting, and auditing.

• Strong understanding of GMP, GLP, ISO standards, and local regulatory requirements.

• Good communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Job Summary

The Quality Assurance Executive will ensure that Homoeo, Unani, and Herbal products meet Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), regulatory requirements, and company quality standards. The role focuses on product quality, accurate documentation, and compliance throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and applicable regulations for Homoeo, Unani, and Herbal products.

• Perform in-process quality checks during raw material dispensing, manufacturing, and packaging.

Documentation & Record Keeping

• Prepare, review, and maintain SOPs, Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packaging Records (BPR), and test reports.

• Maintain change control, deviation, and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) records.

Product Quality Monitoring

• Collect samples of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.

• Coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) team for testing and material/product release.

• Monitor stability studies of Homoeo, Unani, and Herbal formulations.

• Verify compliance with labeling, packaging, and storage requirements.

Audits & Training

- Support internal audits and prepare for external inspections conducted by regulatory authorities and ISO/GMP auditors.

Continuous Improvement

• Participate in root cause analysis of quality deviations.

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to minimize errors and improve product quality.
