  • Prior exposure to sales, marketing, customer relationship management (CRM), renewable energy, Solar PV systems, or B2B business development will be considered an added advantage.

As demand for clean energy technologies continues to grow, we are expanding our team to support the development and adoption of advanced Solar PV and Energy Storage System (ESS) solutions across Bangladesh. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct extensive field visits, prospecting activities, and business development initiatives to identify and acquire new industrial and commercial clients.
  • Generate qualified leads through market intelligence, industry research, professional networking, and participation in trade fairs, business forums, and industry events.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with corporate and industrial customers by understanding their energy requirements and recommending tailored renewable energy solutions.
  • Prepare compelling business presentations, project proposals, sales pitches, and solution-based recommendations for prospective clients and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with engineering, project, and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are accurately translated into feasible project solutions.
  • Support the development and execution of strategic sales and marketing initiatives to promote Solar PV systems, Energy Storage Systems (ESS), and other clean energy technologies.
  • Participate in client consultations, site assessments, project discussions, and technical meetings to strengthen customer confidence and support business growth.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, management teams, and technical experts to enhance customer experience, market penetration, and brand visibility.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the renewable energy sector to support business expansion strategies.
  • Travel regularly to industrial zones, manufacturing facilities, and business hubs across Bangladesh to generate sales opportunities, build partnerships, and achieve business targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and business development reports while ensuring timely follow-up with prospects and existing clients.
