Additional Requirements

Experience:

  • Up to 1 year of professional experience required
  • Candidates with experience in Engineering Firms, Software Companies, or IT-Enabled Service organizations are preferred
  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply

Additional Requirements:

  • 0–1 year of hands-on experience in software development (freshers are welcome)
  • Strong grasp of fundamental programming concepts, including Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and basic principles
  • Good understanding of database systems and caching techniques
  • Solid knowledge of backend development concepts (experience with Django is an advantage)
  • Familiarity with Git and standard version control practices

Optional Skills:

  • Basic understanding of RESTful API design and implementation
  • Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MSSQL
  • Knowledge of asynchronous processing or task queue systems
  • Interest or exposure to IoT data handling or real-time applications
  • Familiarity with Docker and containerization technologies

Responsibilities & Context

Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and driven Python Developer to develop and support our SaaS-based solutions. In this position, you will work closely with frontend engineers, product teams, and other stakeholders to build reliable, high-performance, and scalable applications.

Employment Type: Full-time (Dhaka – Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop clean, optimized, and maintainable code while following industry best practices
  • Design, build, and manage scalable RESTful APIs using Django
  • Structure and enhance database systems and caching mechanisms (e.g., PostgreSQL, MSSQL, Redis)
  • Identify, analyze, and fix production issues to ensure seamless system performance
  • Integrate and handle data from IoT devices and various external sources
  • Create internal tools and automation scripts using core Python
  • Prepare and update technical documentation for APIs and system architecture
