Handle all activities related to cash receipts, payments, and bank deposits/withdrawals.

Prepare bills and vouchers for all financial transactions.

Maintain daily transaction journals and corresponding ledgers.

Ensure preparation of monthly accounts, including profit & loss statements, receipts & expenditure reports, balance sheets, and cash certificates, and forward them to the Head Office.

Oversee loan distribution and collection as required.

Manage purchasing activities as needed.

Keep and preserve all transaction documents and daily activity registers.

Ensure timely VAT and tax deduction from supplier bills and deposit them in the bank.

Perform other tasks assigned by senior management alongside regular duties.

Ensure the safety and well-being of team members by preventing harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, or exploitation, supporting the program’s safeguarding objectives. Act as a key advisor and resource on safeguarding to maintain a safe working environment.

Promote, practice, and support the safeguarding policy among team members and ensure its standards are applied in all activities.

Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure for any reportable incidents and encourage others to do the same.
