Associate - Liability Operations Department

Strong knowledge of account opening procedures and day-to-day banking operations.

Good understanding of regulatory compliance requirements, including KYC, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and Anti-Money Laundering/Combating the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) regulations.

Proven ability to handle high-volume operational tasks accurately and efficiently.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Core Banking Systems (CBS) and Document/Data Management Systems (DMS).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

Advise executive management on technology-related opportunities, risks, and strategic initiatives to support informed decision-making.

Build and maintain strong relationships with business unit leaders, serving as a trusted advisor on technology and digital transformation initiatives.

Lead IT sourcing activities, oversee strategic vendor and partner relationships, and negotiate contracts with technology vendors and service providers to ensure value and performance.

Manage, mentor, and develop IT staff by assigning work, coordinating schedules, onboarding new employees, conducting training, providing coaching, evaluating performance, resolving workplace issues, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Collaborate closely with business and support functions to develop technology architecture, engineering, and operational capabilities that align with organizational strategic objectives.

Provide leadership, guidance, coaching, and direction to the IT leadership team and technical staff to foster continuous improvement and operational excellence.
