Job Context
Mutual Trust Bank PLC (MTB) is searching for proactive and detail-oriented professionals to fill the position of Associate – Card Operations. This role centers on facilitating cardholder and merchant onboarding, executing account maintenance, driving merchant relations, and handling day-to-day transactional workflows while ensuring seamless service execution, full regulatory compliance, and continuous optimization of current operational systems.
Responsibilities

Onboard card customers and merchants in accordance with approved processes, policies, and operational guidelines.

Handle merchant settlement, disputes, and operational queries to ensure timely resolution.

Support card data maintenance and ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer and merchant information.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery and seamless operational support.

Process assigned operational activities accurately and within established turnaround times.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and operational procedures.

Support card-related operational projects and perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.
