Responsibilities & Context

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Associate, Call Center to support US-based operations. The ideal candidate will have prior call center experience, strong English communication skills, and the ability to handle basic negotiation while managing customer-related data efficiently. This role requires working remotely during US business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities associated with this position include:
 

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based customers professionally

  • Communicate clearly and confidently in English

  • Perform basic negotiation and follow-up with clients when required

  • Update, manage, and maintain records using database or CRM software

  • Ensure accurate documentation of calls, leads, and customer interactions

  • Meet quality, productivity, and compliance standards set by the client

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a call center

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline from a recognized institution

  • Experience working with US-based clients or in a US time zone environment (preferred)

  • Strong spoken English proficiency with clear pronunciation

  • Basic negotiation and persuasion capability

  • Hands-on experience with CRM or database management systems

  • Solid understanding of basic computer applications

  • Ability to work independently in a remote work environment

 

Job Type:

Contractual, Full-time | Remote (Work From Home)

 

Working Hours:

7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Bangladesh Time) - Aligned with US Time Zone
Working days are from Monday to Friday (Weekends Saturday & Sunday)
