Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Associate, Call Center to support US-based operations. The ideal candidate will have prior call center experience, strong English communication skills, and the ability to handle basic negotiation while managing customer-related data efficiently. This role requires working remotely during US business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities associated with this position include:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based customers professionally
Communicate clearly and confidently in English
Perform basic negotiation and follow-up with clients when required
Update, manage, and maintain records using database or CRM software
Ensure accurate documentation of calls, leads, and customer interactions
Meet quality, productivity, and compliance standards set by the client
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Qualifications:
