Responsibilities & Context

  • Promote and market the company’s interior design and related services to prospective clients and business partners.
  • Generate new leads and business opportunities through both online and offline marketing channels, networking activities, and referrals.
  • Prepare professional presentations, business proposals, quotations, and marketing reports to support sales and client acquisition efforts.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, project discussions, and follow-up communications to understand customer requirements and secure new projects.
  • Assist management in planning, developing, and implementing effective marketing and business development strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with potential clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Regularly engage with new and prospective clients to promote company services and expand the customer base.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and service-related issues promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize strong networking skills to establish and strengthen business connections across various industries and sectors.
  • Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify market opportunities and address client needs effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and business development progress.
  • Achieve assigned marketing and business development targets while contributing to overall company growth.
  • Perform any additional duties and responsibilities assigned by management as required.
