• Conduct extensive field visits within the assigned geographic area to identify prospective customers, generate leads, and develop a strong client base for financial products and services.
• Promote and clearly explain the company’s financial products, loan schemes, and service offerings to potential and existing customers in the target market.
• Build, develop, and maintain strong professional relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement, satisfaction, and business retention.
• Achieve assigned business targets, sales goals, and performance KPIs, contributing to overall departmental growth and organizational success.
• Manage end-to-end credit-related processes, including loan application handling, documentation, credit approval coordination, disbursement procedures, and repayment collection activities.
• Ensure strict compliance with all internal policies, operational procedures, and regulatory guidelines related to credit operations and financial services.
• Follow up with clients regularly to ensure smooth loan servicing, timely repayments, and effective portfolio management.
• Support business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities and contributing to product promotion strategies.
• Perform additional ad-hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by the line manager from time to time, based on operational requirements.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team to ensure efficient execution of field operations and business objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, field visit reports, and operational activities for reporting and monitoring purposes.
