  • Graduation or Post-Graduation from a recognized public or private university in any discipline is required.
  • Applicants must have a strong academic background with no third division/class or equivalent GPA/CGPA in any public examination.
  • Candidates with educational qualifications in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines will receive preference.
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, retail lending, financial products, customer relationship management, and business development principles will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional customer relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen interest in financial services, credit operations, and banking sales.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working effectively in a dynamic and performance-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, will be preferred.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team to achieve business objectives and organizational goals.
  • Strong ethical standards, professional integrity, and commitment to regulatory compliance and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Generate new business opportunities for Home Loans, Car Loans, and Personal Loans through direct sales activities, referral networks, corporate partnerships, and strategic business development initiatives.
  • Build, manage, and expand a high-quality portfolio of retail lending customers while ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets related to loan disbursement, portfolio growth, revenue generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual clients, corporate partners, real estate developers, automobile dealers, and referral sources to drive business growth.
  • Conduct customer profiling, financial assessment, and preliminary eligibility evaluations to identify suitable lending solutions based on customer needs.
  • Ensure timely collection of loan installments (EMIs), monitor repayment behavior, and maintain a healthy loan portfolio with minimal delinquency levels.
  • Follow up with customers regularly to ensure service excellence, portfolio quality, and long-term relationship management.
  • Maintain strict compliance with Bangladesh Bank regulations, KYC requirements, AML/CFT guidelines, credit policies, and internal operational procedures.
  • Prepare and submit periodic business performance reports, portfolio analysis reports, collection reports, and management updates.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and improve sales performance.
  • Collaborate with credit, operations, risk management, and customer service teams to ensure smooth loan processing and customer onboarding.
